ค่ายอักษร – ศิลป์ เพื่่อน้อง ได้ดํา เนินกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่่องเป็นปีที่่ 3 ณ บ้านแม่ออกฮู ตําบลแม่หละ อําเภอท่าสองยาง จังหวัดตาก โดยได้รับทุนสนับสนุน หลักจากมูลนิธิมหาจักรีสิรินธรเพื่่อคณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์์มหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันอุดมศึกษาอื่่นที่่เข้าร่วม
กิจกรรมค่าย ฯ ได้พัฒนารููปแบบการทํา งานที่่มีความชัดเจนตั้งแต่ปีที่่ 1 – 3 โดยแสดงให้เห็นถึงความสุกงอมของการดํา เนินกิจกรรมค่ายอาสาพัฒนาเริ่มเป็น รููปแบบที่่สมบูรณ์ในด้านของการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างชุมชน โรงเรียนและคณะ อาสาสมัครอักษร – ศิลป์์ ผ่่านกิจกรรมสร้้างสรรค์ที่่มีสาระสําคัญจากวัฒนธรรม พื้นบ้าน ทํา ให้เกิดความเข้าอกเข้าใจระหว่างชุมชนและคณะอักษร – ศิลป์ โดยในการดํา เนินงานปีที่่ 3 มุ่่งเน้นดังประเด็นต่อไปนี้ 1) การสร้างกลุ่่มพี่่เลี้ยงจาก ศิษย์เก่าค่าย ฯ รุ่นที่่หนึ่่งและสอง โดยเปิิดพื้นที่่ให้อาสาสมัครได้มีโอกาสปฏิบัติการ ในสภาพแวดล้อมจริง 2) พััฒนาผู้นํา เยาวชนท้องถิ่นโดยร่วมฝึกฝนการทํา งาน กับคณาจารย์และนิสิตนักศึกษาอาสาสมัคร 3) การหารือความต้องการของชุุมชน เพื่่อนํา ไปสู่การพัฒนาที่่ยั่งยืน
Aksornsilpa Music and Arts Camp has been an ongoing development since 2018 on the field at Mae Ok Hu village, Mae La, Tha Song Yang district, Tak province, Thailand, which constitutes the Karen community. Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Foundation provides funding for the volunteer camp and other participating universities.
In 2019, the framework focuses on the idea of volunteerism and developing the skills of university students. In the third year, the practise applies the paradigm through the participation of local schools and volunteers, which leads to sympathy between the community, the schools, and the volunteers. The operation focuses on: 1) Building the volunteer mentoring team who are the alumni of the first and second years of the camp by providing the professional practise environment for new members; 2) Developing local students to be leaders through working with facilitators and university students; and 3) Surveying the needs of the community for sustainability development.
